Farm Safety Consultant

Originally from England, Morag has owned her own farms for 26 years, thus has the practical, hands-on experience which makes her such an asset to our team.

 

Morag has over 20 years experience in Safety, 15 specializing in agricultural safety. Morag will work with you to find solutions to reduce the risk of injury or illness on your farm. She can meet you on your farm, or at a convenient location of your choice.

Renée Simcoe
Program Marketing Coordinator

 

Raised on a farm in the Interlake, Renée has been surrounded by agriculture her entire life.

 

Having spent ten years as a member and leader in equine 4-H, working as a program coordinator at Manitoba Agriculture, and sitting on the Manitoba Association of Agricultural Societies, Renée possesses a grassroots understanding of what farming and how to connect farmers with our services.

Thea Green
Program Manager

 

Thea has worked for the School of Agriculture at the U of M as an instructor and program co-ordinator, and for the Calgary Board of Education as an educator and administrator. She also has developed and delivered farm safety workshops and courses focused on keeping Manitoba farmers and farm businesses safe by reducing risk.

 

Thea holds a diploma in agriculture, and bachelors’ degrees in education and archaeology.
